常压下丙酮连氮水解研究 被引量:5

Investigation of ketazine hydrolysis at atmospheric pressure

摘要 酮连氮水解是水合肼生产过程中的重要步骤。利用精馏柱研究了酮连氮的常压水解。发现,温控效果加强后水解效率增大、肼基回收率提高,加水水解效果要比不加水好。 Ketazine hydrolysis is an important step in the production of hydrazine. The hydrolysis process of ketazine at atmospheric pressure was investigated in a fmestiller. It was found that good control of temperature could increase the hydrolysis rate and the coefficient of recovery of hydrazine group, and the addition of water could enhance the effect of hydrolysis.
