摘要
为寻求锌冶炼厂电解阳极泥中锌的回收途径,以湖南某锌冶炼厂的电解阳极泥为原料,进行了锌的氧化浸出试验。试验结果表明,以硫酸溶液为介质、(NH4)2S2O8为氧化剂,在液固比为10,溶液初始pH值为1.5,(NH4)2S2O8添加量为0.01g/g(对原料),温度为60℃的条件下浸出2h,锌的浸出率达到81%。对浸出过程进行动力学分析,发现锌的氧化浸出过程受扩散机制控制,可以用Levenspiel方程描述。
To search for the way to recover the zinc from the electrolytic anode slime of zinc smelter, an oxidation leaching test of zinc was conducted on the electrolytic anode slime from a Hunan zinc smelter. The test result shows that a zinc leaching rate of 81% can be obtained with sulfuric acid solution as the medium and (NH4 )2 S2O8 as the oxidant, and at a liquid-solid ratio of 10, an initial pH value of 1.5, ( NH4 ) 2S20s a dosage of 0.01 g/g ( raw material) , a temperature of 60℃ and a leaching time of 2 h. The kinetic analysis of leaching process indicates that the zinc oxidation leaching process is controlled by diffusion mechanism, which can be described with Levenspiel equation.
