泡沫钛材料国内外研究现状及展望 被引量:8

摘要 泡沫金属不但具有金属优异的导电、延展等特性,而且还具有多孔材料的质轻、吸能、吸声等功能属性,已成为世界各国科研工作者研究的热点。而泡沫钛由于具有金属钛优异的物理和化学特性和多孔材料的特殊结构,在生物医用材料、抗冲击材料以及电池材料等方面具有广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了泡沫钛材料国内外的研究进展,包括它们的制备方法及应用情况,重点介绍了采用粉末烧结制备泡沫钛材料的方法,同时分析了泡沫钛材料现存的问题和发展趋势。 Metallic foam materials have become one of the research hotspots in the world ,not only for their good electric conductivity and ductility , but also for low density, energy and sound absorption and so on. Owing to the fine physical and chemical properties of metallic titanium, and special porous structure, foam titanium can be used widely in the fields of biomedical materials, impact energy absorbing materials, and battery materials, etc. The current status in foam titanium research at home and abroad are introduced in this paper, including their preparing methods and applications, focusing on expounding the preparation of foam titanium with powder sintering technology. Existing questions and the development trend in foam titanium research are also analyzed .
