摘要
目的探讨硫酸镁联合复方异丙托溴铵气雾剂(商品名:可必特)治疗小儿支气管哮喘(以下简称哮喘)的有效性、安全性及护理方法。方法将40例哮喘急性发作的患儿随机分成硫酸镁和可必特联合吸入组、单用可必特吸入组,采用同样的临床护理方法,观察两组患儿咳嗽、喘息、肺部哮鸣音等临床症状缓解情况,治疗前后的心率、呼吸和血压及住院时间。结果联合用药组总有效率为95%,单药组总有效率为70%,两组疗效相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且联合用药组住院时间明显少于单药组(P<0.01)。吸入硫酸镁未出现血压下降等不良反应。结论硫酸镁联合可必特吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效显著,且安全、经济;须重视治疗过程中的观察及护理。
Objective To study the effectiveness,safety and nursing care of joint inhalation of nesium sulfate combined with combivent in children with asthma. Methods Forty children acute asthma were randomly divided into inhalation group of magnesium sulfate combined magwith combivent and combivent inhalation group. The both were given the same clinical nursing care. The symptom relief rate of cough, wheezing, lung wheezing sound, heart rate before and after the treatment, respiration and blood pressure and hospitalization days were observed. Results The overall response rates in the joint group and the single inhalation group were 95 and 70 percent respectively. The efficacy differences between the two groups were significant（P〈0.05）, and the length of hospitalization days was significantly shorter（P〈0.01）in the joint group. No adverse reactions, such as blood pressure dropped occurred after the inhalation of magnesium sulfate. Conclusion Combivent combined with magnesium sulfate can be inhaled for the treatment of children with asthma significantly, safely and economically. The nursing staff should attach great importance to the observation and nursing in the treatment.
