摘要
文章通过与公共图书馆的比较,发现农家书屋是政府主导的、多种社会力量参与的、主要提供公共信息资源的信息服务机构。从政府部门、出版机构、农家书屋等构成要素出发,探讨了农家书屋的作用机制。此外,就农家书屋建设过程中应该注意的问题进行了探讨。
Through comparing the farmer book store with the public library, this article concluded that the farmer book store is a kind of the information service organizations, which mainly provides the public information resource to the audience in the rural areas. The farmer book store should be led by the government, and various social forces can participate in its operation. This article analyses the mechanism of the farmer book store project, and discussed the function of the government departments, the presses and the farmer book store. In addition, this article also discussed some notable problems in the construction process of the proiect.
