摘要
目的评价成都市2002-2005年出生儿童乙肝疫苗首针(HepB1)及时接种率的情况,探究影响成都地区儿童HepB1及时接种率的因素。方法对成都市20个区(市)县适龄儿童采取"组群抽样"法,回顾调查乙肝疫苗首针及时接种情况。结果成都市2002-2005年出生儿童HepB1及时接种率93.90%,且呈逐年提高趋势;城区各年均乙肝首针及时接种率(98.43%)显著高于农村(92.37%);以平原为主的农村(95.45%)显著高于以山地为主的农村(94.05%);经济发达的农村(94.26%)显著高于经济欠发达的农村(93.15%)。结论要进一步提高成都地区HepB1及时接种率,今后工作的重点是农村地区,特别是山区和经济欠发达地区,应加强对儿童家长相关卫生知识的宣传。
Objective To evaluate the timely birth dose coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine among infants born in recent years （2002 to 2005） in Chengdu area, and to find out the influential factors. Methods Children from the twenty districts and counties of Chengdu were selected by cluster sampling method in order to investigate the timely birth dose coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine. Results The timely birth dose coverage rate among children born between 2002 to 2005 in Chengdu were 93.90 % , and significantly increased yearly. The rate in urban areas were significantly higher than that in rural areas. In rural areas, the rate was significantly higher in plains than in mountains, and significantly higher in rich areas than in poor areas. Conclusions To improve the timely birth dose coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine in Chengdu, the priority of future work should be in rural areas, especially mountain areas and poor areas. Health education of parents on the importance of inoculation of hepatitis B vaccine should be reinforced.
