摘要
排水沥青混合料因采用高黏改性剂,其施工温度不能采用ASTM D2493的等黏原则来确定。为合理确定排水沥青混合料的施工压实温度,通过室内模拟施工温度变异性对排水沥青混合料性能的影响,分析了温度对空隙率、马歇尔稳定度、肯塔堡磨耗损失率和劈裂强度影响的差异性,结果表明,压实温度对排水沥青混合料的排水性影响不甚明显,但对混合料的稳定性和耐久性影响很大,故施工温度控制非常重要且应保证最低压实温度不低于150℃。
The equiviscous principle of ASTM D2493 is not suitable to the drainage asphalt mixture because of the high viscosity asphalt modifier in use. To determine the proper compaction temperature of drainage asphalt mixture, the lab. tests in different compaction temperatures run to simulate the field tem- perature variability effects and its different impacts on the percentage of voids, Marshall stability, Cant- abro abrasion mass loss rate and cleavage strength are analyzed. The results show that compaction temper- ature has great influence on the stability and durability of the drainage asphalt mixture, although its drain- age impact is not obvious. Therefore, it is critical to control pavement construction, its minimum compaction temperature the temperature during the drainage asphalt will not be less than 150 ℃.
