摘要
本文以企业为中心基于互联网平台和创新演进趋势提出了大众协作创新的概念。在Web2.0阶段,互联网成为社会平台,大众成为参与主体,这一背景推动了大众协作创新,后者也是创新模式长期沿着开放协作方向演进的最新表现。大众协作创新的基本特征在于参与主体的非特定化和灵活协作,具有扩大创新源泉、评价创新信息、融合不同专业和组织灵活多样等优势,主要包括员工、用户和社会大众三种基本形式,本文通过案例剖析对每种形式的特点及三种形式的关系进行了说明。
Centering on enterprises and based on internet platform and trend of innovation evolution, the concept of Mass Collaborative Innovation is put forward in this paper. Along with the advent of web2.0, Internet becomes a social platform with the masses playing as actors. The so - called mass collaborative innovation (MCI) emerges consequently, which represents the latest evolution of innovation model down the open and collaborative path. MCI is characterized by the non - organization and flexible collaboration of participants, with the advantages of enlarging source of innovation, evaluating innovation information, integrating various professionals and organizing in flexible ways. MCI involves types of employment, users and global crowd, each of them and the intereonnections among them are elaborated through cases in the concluding remarks.
