摘要
本文说明了我国各信息机构的类型和职能,指出了图书馆在信息服务方面所具有的优势和劣势,阐述了我国图书馆与其它信息机构优势互补和协调发展的必要性及协作思路。
The author explains the type and function of each information institution in China, points out advantages and disadvantages of library information service, and expounds the necessity and thought of coordination between library and information institution.
