摘要
针对变频调速系统的工业应用现状,从控制的实时性、性能的可扩展性以及控制策略知识产权的保密性等角度出发,基于SOPC设计思想,以纯硬件方式设计实现了SVPWM变频调速控制器。电路仿真和系统实验结果表明,该控制器的算法执行时间明显缩短,控制精度大大提高,从而充分验证了上述设计方案的正确性和有效性。
Against industrial application status of frequency control system, according to the requirement of the real-time control, performance expansibility and the control strategy intellectual property, based on the SOPC design, SVPWM frequency controller were achieved by the pure hardware. Circuit simulation and experiment results have shown that the algorithm implementation time of the controller significantly reduced, and control accuracy greatly enhanced. So the correctness and effectiveness of the design is fully verified.
