摘要
在分析汽车前底板结构和工艺特点的基础上,确定了零件的成形工序,应用AUTOFORM V3.22软件对工艺方案进行了优化,以UG为辅助工具,设计出拉深成形所需的凸模、凹模以及压边圈,对于模具零部件装配,得到拉深模具的装配体三维数模。同时,介绍了覆盖件拉深模结构设计要点。通过实践验证,设计的拉深模工艺性良好、结构合理、符合生产要求。
The forming process of car front floor boarding was planned based on the analysis on its structure and tech- nological characteristic. AUTOFORM V3.22 software was used to optimize the technological process. The punch, die and the blank holder for the drawing die were designed by using UG. They were assembled and the three-dimensional modeling of drawing die was generated. Then the design points of the die structure were stated. It is proved by experi- ence that the process property of the die is fine and the structure of the drawing die is proper. As a whole, the die is agreed to the requirement of production.
