基于心音的心脏储备新指标评价系统的设计与实现 被引量:5

摘要 基于心音-心力关系的心脏储备无创性检测方法,是用相对值法建立评价心脏状态的新指标,包括第1心音幅值/第2心音幅值的比值、收缩期/舒张期时限比值。评价心脏储备能力是预防心血管疾病的重要方面,心脏储备无创性检测会产生大量数据,数据的管理成为亟待解决的问题。文章设计了一个操作简单的基于心音的心脏储备新指标评价系统,该系统采用SQLServer作为后台数据库,利用VisualC++6.0软件和ADO(ActiveDataObjects)接口技术进行编程开发,能够实现心脏储备能力的检测、分级、评价等功能。评价模型多样化、结果可视化,并辅以简单的保健建议。采集的心音数据为心音听诊教学提供了多种原始心音信号,有利于教学和科研。心脏储备能力的评价可以让医生和患者了解各种疾病和应激情况对心脏状态的影响,为更细致的心脏健康保健工作提供依据。 Noninvasive detection methods of cardiac reserve based on the relationship between heart sounds and cardiac reserve, which was setting up a new evaluation indicators of cardiac status population-based with the relative value method, including the ratio of the first heart sound's amplitude to the second heart sound's (S1/S2), and the ratio of diastolic duration to the systolic duration (D/S). Evaluating the cardiac reserve capacity is an important aspect of preventing cardiovascular disease. The noninvasive detection of cardiac reserve will produce a large amount of data, managing data has become urgent problem. This paper introduced a new indicator cardiac reserve evaluation system with simple operation. SQL Server has been adopted as the background database. Visual C++6.0 and Active Data Objects (ADO) interface technology are used to develop the evaluation system. This system can monitor, grade and evaluate cardiac reserve. With diversified evaluation model, visualized results and simple suggestions for people. Heart sound data collected provides multifarious original heart sound signals for teaching auscultation of heart sounds, it is conducive to teaching and research. Doctors and patients can know well that various diseases and stress will impact the heart status. This provides the basis for more careful heart health care.
