国家大剧院上演的新制作《波希米亚人》首演之夜赢得了满堂彩，尽管存在这样那样的问题，但这个新制作确实堪称近年来罕见的优秀本土歌剧大制作。导演将歌剧的场景来了个乾坤大挪移，由19世纪的巴黎拉丁区挪到了北京的798艺术区，只不过798如今的房租已是天价，远非剧中这几个穷哥们所能负担得起。但这并非重点，导演寻求的是一个能和北京观众直接对话并呼峨起共鸣，能容纳北京、艺术、狂野荒诞加小资爱情的概念和符号；在这个意义上，798是无与伦比的。
The premiere of the new production of La Boheme at the National Centre for Performing Arts won plaudits for its innovative qualities. Director Chen Xinyi has transferred the setting from the Latin Quarter of 19th-century Paris to the 798 Art Zone of 21st-century Beijing smoothly. Regie-theater has opened up new possibilities for directors.
