摘要
报告了几个10Gb/sAPD-TIA组件的光接收灵敏度、眼图和小信号带宽测试结果,讨论了组件跨阻增益-带宽特性和获得最佳灵敏度的方法,指出了10Gb/s信号最低带宽要求和APD-TIA组件带宽要求。
The test results of the optical receiver sensitivity ,the eye patterns and small signal bandwidth of 10G APD subassembly have been reported ,The characteristics on the amplification multiple-bandwidth and the method of obtaining the most optimum optical receiver sensitivity are discussed,Finally, they have pointed out the requirements on the most low bandwidth for 10Gb/s NRZ digital signals and the bandwidth of 10G APD subassembly.
