Grouting Control Technology for Water Inrush from Seam Floor in East Mine of Gequan Mine

摘要 分析了葛泉矿东井9号煤层底板突水的主要原因,确定了奥灰水要以防为主,五灰(本溪灰岩)水以治为主的治水原则,在此原则的指导下,充分考虑治理成本,决定采用低成本的黏土水泥浆代替原常用的单液水泥浆。在施工过程中按照设计标准,严格控制浆液的各种基本参数。注浆后通过取芯和检查孔等检验,证实该方法对煤层底板突水治理取得了良好的效果。 The paper analyzed the main cause of the water inrush from the floor of No. 9 seam in the East Mine of Gequan Mine and settled the water control principle base on the prevention of the Ordovician limestone water as main and the water control of the five limestone ( Benxi limestone) water as main. Under the guidance of the principle and in full consideration of the control cost, the low cost clay and cement grout was applied to replace the conventional cement grout for the water control operation. During the construction period, each basic parameter of the grouts was seriously controlled according to the design standard. With the inspection of the coring results and inspection drilling boreholes after the grouting completed, the method was confirmed that good results were obtained from the inrush water control to the seam floor.
