摘要
通过主成分分析法,采用问卷形式对高职院校毕业生进行择业满意度影响因素调查,分析并找出影响毕业生择业的主要因素,希望能为高职院校及相关部门对毕业生开展有针对性的就业指导和择业观教育提供参考,提高工作的有效性,提高毕业生就业率.
By componential analysis and questionnaires, this paper analyzed and found out the main factors influencing the higher vocational college graduates in their choosing of careers, and intends to offer some references for the employment guidance and career-choosing instruction for the vocational colleges and the related departments so as to improve the work efficiency and employment rate of the graduates.
