二维光子晶体正方晶格传播特性的研究

摘要 应用平面波展开法研究了二维光子晶体及其波导的传播特性。根据计算得到光波在0.2235Hz至0.28Hz波段能在波导中很好的传播。并且分析了当圆柱半径从0.1μm至0.5μm发生改变时的带隙规律,研究结果为光子晶体波导器件的开发提供了理论依据。 Propngation characteristics of two - dimensional photonic crystal and wave guide was studied by using the plane - wave expansion method(PWM). 0.2235 -0.28Hz light wave can be by very good propagation in the Wave Guide according to calculations. And we analyzed the band gap when the radius from 0. 1μm- 0.5μm.This research provides a theoretic basics for the development of terahertz wave devices.
