摘要
针对原磷矿中含有大量的碳酸盐的特点,本研究采用焙烧消化进行处理,详细探讨了焙烧消化的影响因素,得到的磷精矿指标为含P_2O_530.22％,回收率88.43％。
In the investigation,the roasting-slaking process in carbonate phosphate ores was used in accordance with the characteristics that there are a lot of carbonate minerals in run-of-mine ores. The major influence factors of roasting-slaking were studied. A grade of 30. 22% and a recovery of 88. 43% of P2O5 in concentrate were obtained.
