摘要
目的观察肺心病患者经纤支镜镜下吸痰并药物灌洗治疗后病情改善情况。方法回顾性分析80例住院肺心病患者,经纤支镜镜下吸痰并采用配有抗生素、止咳化痰药物的生理盐水进行灌洗治疗情况。结果通过镜下吸痰并药物灌洗治疗,患者血氧饱和度明显上升,肺部感染能较快有效控制,通气功能明显改善。结论经纤支镜镜下吸痰并药物灌洗治疗可以有效改善肺心病患者病情,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To observe treating effect of patients with pneumocardial disease under bronehofibroseope aspirating sputum and medicine lavation. Methods The data of 80 cases of inpatients with pneumoeardial disease under bronehofibroseope aspirating sputum, lavaging antibiotic medicine, relieving cough and reducing sputum drugs were retrospectively reviewed. Results Through treatment on inpatients with pneumoeardial disease under bronehofibroseope aspirating sputum and medicine lavation, their saturation of blood oxygen was raised, their pulmonary infection was controlled fast, and their ventilation function obviously improved. Conclusion It is a safe and effective therapeutic approach to treat patients with pneumocardial disease under bronehofibroseope aspirating sputum and medicine lavation.
