摘要
目的了解围手术期患者抗菌药物的应用现状和存在问题。方法对3所二级医院2008年围手术期患者抗菌药物应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果在药物选择、用药方法、初次预防用药时间等方面存在不合理应用抗菌药物情况。结论加强抗菌药物管理,提高合理用药水平迫在眉睫。
Objective To investigate the status and existing problems of antibiotics use in the perioperative patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the antibiotics application to the perioperative patients in three second- level hospitals in 2008. Results The inappropriate use of antimicrobial agents commonly existed in the choice of antibiotics, administrated methods and prophylactic application time for the first time. Conclusion It is imminent to strengthen the management of antibiotics usage and promote the rational use of antibiotics.
