摘要
针对筒坯直径对黏性介质外压缩径过程的影响问题,采用试验和有限元方法进行了分析,得到了不同筒坯直径条件下1Cr18Ni9Ti薄壁管件的失稳缩径量和极限缩径量。研究结果表明,在缩径区长度一定条件下,筒坯直径对黏性介质外压缩径成形影响较大,失稳缩径量随筒坯直径的增大而减小,极限缩径量随筒坯直径的增大而增大。
Experiments and the finite element method were adopted to investigate the influence of tube blank diameter on the necking process of tube blank under outer pressure in viscous medium. The buckling and limit of necking for a 1Cr18Ni9Ti thin walled tube in various tube blank diameters were obtained. Results show that tube blank diameters have a bigger effect on the necking forming under outer pressure in viscous medium; while the tube blank diameter turns larger, the buckling value will decrease but the necking limit increases.
