摘要
荞麦是一种药膳同源的农作物,是内蒙古自治区的特色优势作物,种植面积、总产量、出口量均居全国第一位。并且荞麦品质也以"粒大、皮薄、面白、粉筋、无农药残毒、无污染"在全国首屈一指,是内蒙古出口创汇的品牌产品。本文阐述了近年来内蒙古自治区荞麦的播种面积、单产水平与分布,介绍了出口与开发利用水平现状。针对目前生产中品种混杂退化、栽培面积缩减与管理技术粗放,以及初加工为主,深加工产品种类少等制约生产和发展的一系列问题,进行了较为细致的分析,并提出产业发展建议与对策。
Buckwheat is a crop for food and herbal medicine. It is also a predominance crop in the Inner Mongolia, where it occupies the first place in terms of the growing area, total production and export. In addition, it has superior characteristics, i. e. large grain, thin skin, white flour, zero pesticide and pollution. It is a famous brand for export in the Inner Mongolia. This article introduces the growing area, yield level, distribution and status of export and industry. The limiting factors included variety mixing and degeneration, decreasing planting area, rough field management, dominant primary processing etc. Constructive suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
