摘要
目的总结动脉插管溶栓治疗14例妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理要点。方法在DSA监视下,患者取平卧位,采用Seldinger技术,将导管置入患肢股动脉,接微量注射泵持续溶栓。结果14例患者痊愈6例,显效6例,有效2例,有效率100%。治疗期间无肺栓塞、出血等严重并发症发生。结论动脉置管溶栓术是治疗DVT较理想的方法,术前细致护理,术后严密观察病情,认真做好溶栓导管的护理,密切观察有无出血发生,能有效地降低下肢深静脉血栓形成的致残率和复发率。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of Intra-arterial continuous thrombolytic therapy with lower extremity deep veinthrombosis （DVT） postoperative of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 14 patients with DVT were treated by Intra-arterial thrombolysis. Results After the treatments, cure was achieved in 6 patients, markedly improved in 6, and improved in 2. No severe complications occurred during the treatment. Conclusion Intra-arterial continuous thrombolytic therapy is a safe and effective treatment for DVT. Perioperative nursing can effectively reduce the DVT disability and relapse rate.
