摘要
以长绿期金银木为外植体,探讨了不同生长调节物质对外植体分化、增殖和生根的影响。得出如下结论:(1)长绿期金银木组织培养最适宜的外植体是新稍茎段,以0.1%HgCl2消毒5 min为最好。(2)适宜的继代培养基为MS+BA0.3+NAA0.1+CM80 ml.L-1,生根培养基为:MS+IBA1.0。(3)暗培养生根时间以4 d为最好。
Using Lonicera maackii‘Changlvqi＇as explants, influences of different plant growth hormones on differentiation, multiplication and rooting were examined. The results showed that： （1）The optimal explant material was tender stem with single bud, sterilized 5 min in 0.1% HgCl2. （2）The optimal subculture and rooting media were MS＋BA0.3＋NAA0.1＋CM80 mL·L^-1 and MS＋IBA1.0 respeetively; （3） the optimum rooting times was 4 day darkness culture.
