摘要
医疗技术违规使用的现象比较突出。我们要以医疗技术的快速发展为契机,提升道德建设的内涵,促进道德观念的转型,促进工具理性与价值理性的和谐。为了规范医疗技术的使用,在理想信念教育的同时,应重视责任伦理的建设;既要重视个体道德建设,也要重视制度伦理建设;改变运动式的治理方式,重视医学伦理委员会的建设,把对医疗技术的伦理评估制度化、机构化。
Abuse of medical technology is ever more prominent in current 523808, China ） medical practice. The rapid development of medical technology brings us a great opportunity to improve the role of moral construction, propel transformation of moral concept, and achieve the harmony between the implemental rationality and value rationality. In order to regulate to the application of medical technology, construction of responsibility ethics as well as ideal education should be strengthened. Both the construction of individual ethics and systemized ethics must be emphasized. The former dynamic mode of management must be changed and construction of medical ethics committee be emphasized so as to systemize and organize the ethical assessment of medical technology.
