摘要
在X射线应力测定过程中,定峰方法会显著影响应力测量结果的精确度.介绍了一种新的定峰法——交相关定峰法的原理,并将其试验结果与用传统的半高宽定峰法定峰的试验结果作了比较.
The method for determining peak positions can significantly influence the precision of the stress measuring results in X-ray stress measurement. The principles of a new method for determining peak positions, cross correlation method, are introduced in this paper. The experimental results of the new method are compared with those of the conventional half-width method.
