用C5以上的醇(伯醇、仲醇)还原VOPO4·2H2O制备了VOHPO4·0.5H2O。用XRD、IR、TG、SEM对其进行了表征。讨论了不同醇与VOPO4·2H2O的作用机理和对生成产物VOHPO4·0.5H2O晶型的影响。结果表明,VOPO4·2H2O经伯醇还原有利于VOHPO4·0.5H2O的[220]晶面生长,正戊醇制备的VOHPO4·0.5H2O晶型象玫瑰形,正辛醇和正癸醇制备的VOHPO4·0.5H2O的晶型为扭曲片状集合;VOPO4·2H2O经仲醇还原有利于VOHPO4·0.5H2O的[001]晶面生长,其晶型为明显的片状。
The Precursor, VOHPO_4·0.5H_2O, is prepared by reducing VOPO_4·2H_2O with 1and 2C5~10 straight chain alcohols and characterized by using XRD, IR, TG, and SEM techniques.The principle of VOPO_4·2H_2O reduction with different alcohols and their influences on the morphology of VOHPO_4·0.5H_2O are discussed. Precursors prepared by reduction with 1alcohols comprise VOHPO_4·0.5H_2O crystals for which the reflection is virtually the only feature of the diffraction pattern, whereas those with 2alcohols give VOHPO_4·0.5H_2O crystals for which the reflection is the dominant feature of the diffraction pattern. The morphology of VOHPO4·0.5H_2O prepared with 1pentanol is roselike, whereas that of VOHPO_4·0.5H_2O prepared with 1octanol and 1decanol is the collection of distorfed and twisted platelet types. The morphology of VOHPO_4·0.5H_2O prepared from 2alcohols is apparently of platelet type.
