摘要
用铁炭微电解-Fenton试剂对焦化含酚1800 mg/L的废水进行处理后,可以满足进生化水质的要求。研究了初始pH,H2O2加入量,反应时间等因素对去除效果的影响。通过正交试验及单因素分析试验,确定最佳工艺条件:初始pH=3.0,H2O2投加量3.6 ml/L,反应时间为180 min。此条件下废水再经絮凝处理,则出水挥发酚去除率达82%。
Treatment of 1800 mg/L phenols -containing coking wastewater by the ferric carbon micro electrolysis -Fenton reagent can satisfy the demand of the biochemical waste water disposing unit. Influences of the original pH, amount of H2O2, reaction time etc. on removal effect of the residual volatile phenols in the wastewater were studied. The optimal conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: the amount of H2O2 is 3.6 mL/L, the original pH is 3.0, the best reaction time is 180 min, respectively. After the wastewater is treated by flocculation under this conditions, the phenols degrading rate is 82%.
