摘要
采用由Co-salen、吡啶、H2O2、O2组成的Co-salen型仿酶体系进行了针叶木CTMP浆的漂白研究,并讨论了漂白过程中纸浆卡伯值、白度和黏度的变化规律。结果表明,Co-salen仿酶漂白在溶出木素大分子方面能力并不强,主要通过将木素氧化为含羰基的产物,使其在后续碱抽提和H2O2漂白中容易降解或溶出。
Unbleached softwood kraft pulp was treated with a biomimetic bleaching system, i.e. Co-salen system comprised of Co ( Ⅱ )salen, pyridine, hydrogen peroxide, oxygen (Co-salen system) and the changes of kappa number, brightness of the pulp after biomimetic treatment were analyzed. It was found that Co-salen system had a limited ability to decrease kappa number and increase brightness. The result illustrated that the Co-salen system was not effective in lignin macromolecule. However, biomimetc process oxidized a part of lignin to be carbonyl compounds which was easy to be degraded and dissolved during alkali extraction and hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Consequently, this work provides a convictive information about Co-salen biomimetic delignification system that could be applied to industrial bleaching.
