摘要
四川二滩水电站是建于四川雅砻江(金沙江)下游的一座大型水力发电站,电站总装机容量330万kW.大坝(坝高230m)建成后,雅砻江上游漂来的木材(每年运量约110万m3)需经由大坝过木设施出水、上坡,然后再滑入大坝下游的河床中继续漂流,最后由雅砻江和金沙江沿岸的各木材收漂站收漂岸运往各地.本研究课题是根据木材过坝设施的机械过坝初步方案进行研究分析和技术论证,并建造了木材过坝联合运输机整机系统1∶5模型试验装置,进行了大比尺整机模型试验研究和各子专题试验研究,为原型机工程设计提供了可靠的科学依据.
The power station will be of 3 300 000 kW. The planning amount of log conveyed by machine of log crossing dam will be 1 100 000 m 3. In this paper, the possibility of plan about machine of log crossing dam was researched and discussed. A model in the ratio of 1∶5 was made. A lot of testing research with the model was conducted. The conclusion of testing research provided a scientific basis of design of real machine.
