摘要
土地对于中国农民的意义是不言而喻的,外嫁女作为农民中的特殊群体,其最容易受到损害的是基于土地产生的权益。本文试从这个角度出发,将与外嫁女土地权益相关的问题与城市化问题相结合,进而能够启发于我们的立法、司法实践。
The meaning of land to farmers in china is self-evident. As a special group of farmers, the married-out women are most vulnerable to the infringement on her land rights and interests. This article is trying to integrate the issues relating to the land rights and interests of married-out women and the problem of urbanization to provide inspiration for our legislative and judicial practice.
