摘要
分析了在野战及灾难条件下提高护理操作效率的必要性和迫切性,并探讨了提高护理操作效率的5个关键环节:环境布局、人员分工、护理操作流程、护理装备研发和护理实战训练。
This paper analyzed the necessity and urgency to improve the efficiency of nursing operations under fiehl and disaster conditions,and expounded the five key points to improve the efficiency, including environment layout, personnel allocation, nursing operating procedures, nut＇sing equipment research and development, and combat training for nursed.
