摘要
目的研究枸杞多糖(LBP)对去势雌性大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法选用2月龄成年雌性SD实验大鼠50只,随机分为假手术组、去势+生理盐水组、去势+枸杞多糖高剂量组、去势+枸杞多糖低剂量组、去势+己烯雌酚组等5组,每组10只。术后各组常规饲养10周后给药干预,12周后行股骨干重测量、骨矿密度检查并观察骨的形态学改变。结果与去势+生理盐水组相比,去势+枸杞多糖高剂量组、去势+低剂量组均能增加去势雌性SD大鼠股骨干重、骨密度值,两组骨小梁结构较完整、连续性较好、吸收陷窝少。结论枸杞多糖对成年去势雌性大鼠骨质疏松有明显的骨质改善作用。
Objective To study the effects of lycium barbarum polysaccharides （LBP） on adult rats after ovariectomy. Methods 50 female SD rats （ two - month - old） were randomly divided into 5 groups ： sham operated group; ovariectomiced ＋ normal saline group ; ovariectomiced ＋ high dose LBP group; ovariectomiced ＋ low dose LBP group and ovariectomiced ＋ Diethylstilbestrol group. They were fed 10 weeks and then took drug for 12 weeks. We examined the femur BMD, weight of dry femur and morphology of every rat. Rusults Comparing with the ovariectomiced ＋ normal saline group, the ovariectomiced with high dose LBP group, ovariectomiced with low dose LBP group had significant effect （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion LBP has therapeutic effect on the rats ovariectomiced.
