摘要
由于受到时下金融危机和国家不断扩招的影响,大学生就业面临着巨大压力,由此引出的诸多心理问题应当引起我们注意。本文试从大学生就业心理特点及心理问题的表现入手,具体分析了大学生就业心理的三大特点与六大问题,然后就上述问题提出构建多层面心理保健体系等几条心理调适对策。
As the result of economic crisis and the expanded enrollment of the univeristy, the high pressure is faced up for the students and then enduce a series of problems on psychological.The author try to do the research on the features of students psychology and mental health problems and then analysis the three traits and six problems of students they are on the process of finding a job.Finally, the author point out some measures related to construct multi-level psyehologieal healing to treat the problem on senior students.
