摘要
多样化、多元化和一体化是日本高等教育质量保障体系的基本特征。多样化体现为自我评估、设置认可、认证评估和国立大学法人评估四个基本评估形式。多元化体现为高校、政府部门、认证评估机构和国立大学法人评估委员会等四种评估主体。一体化体现为评估形式和主体的对立统一。
Diversification, pluralization and integration are the basic features of higher education quality assurance of Japan. Diversification is reflected as self-evaluation, approval of the establishment, certified evaluation and accreditation and national university corporation evaluation. Pluralization is reflected as four subjects of evaluation university, governent, evaluation institution, committee of national university corporation evaluation. Integration is reflected as the unity of opposites of evaluation form and evaluation subject.
