摘要
目的探讨标本放置时间对血红蛋白A2(HbA2)测定的影响。方法收集2003年1月至2004年12月在广州市红十字会医院抽取的90例新鲜抗凝血标本,采用全自动血红蛋白琼脂糖凝胶(碱性)电泳当天测定HbA2含量。按首次测定值分成3组:升高组(HbA2>4%)、正常组(HbA22.5%～4.0%)、降低组(HbA2<2.5%),并在4℃条件下分别放置1、2、7、14d后再行测定。结果采集当天及4℃条件下放置1、2、7、14d后,升高组HbA2含量分别为(5.60±0.71)%、(5.44±0.94)%、(5.58±0.86)%、(5.61±0.68)%、(5.28±0.90)%;正常组HbA2含量分别为(3.15±0.35)%、(3.26±0.34)%、(2.96±0.50)%、(3.08±0.40)%、(3.13±0.43)%;降低组HbA2含量分别为(1.81±0.44)%、(1.96±0.69)%、(2.04±0.49)%、(2.02±0.36)%、(1.82±0.63)%。经配对t检验,各组标本在不同放置时间内HbA2含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论4℃条件下放置2周对HbA2含量测定无明显影响。
Objective To study the influence of storage time on the contents of HbA2. Methods From January 2003 to December 2004,90 samples in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University were detected by electrophoresis immediately. All sample were divided into 3 groups ：group A with high HbAz contents,group B with normal HbA2 contents and groupC with low HbA, contents. Measurement of HbA2 of all samples, which were stored in 4℃ ,were repeated at 1,2,7 d and 14 d later respectively. Results The contents of HbA2 of group A at the first time and different storage time were ： （ 5.60 ±0. 71 ） % , （ 5.44 ± 0. 94 ） % , （ 5.58 ± 0. 86 ） % , （ 5.61 ± 0. 68 ） % , （ 5.28 ± 0.90 ） % respectively. The contents of HbA2, of group B were ： （ 3. 15±0. 35 ） % , （ 3.26 ± 0. 34 ） % , （ 2.96±0. 50 ） % , （ 3.08±0. 40 ） % , （ 3. 13±0.43）% respectively. And the contents of HbA2 of group B were：（1.81 ＋-0.44）%,（1.96 ~0.69）%,（2.04± 0.49 ） % , （ 2. 02 ± 0. 36 ） % , （ 1.82± 0. 63 ） % respectively. There was no significant difference among the contents of HhA2 at different storage time in each groups（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion At 4℃ storage time up to 2 weeks showed no significant influence on the contents of HbA2 detected by electrophoresis.
