摘要随着生态危机加剧和环境保护意识的增强,许多国家都意识到发展循环经济的重要性,往往要求构建闭环供应链进行产品的回收,以便提高产品利用率。这里讨论了政府在构建闭环供应链中的角色和作用,通过模型分析了政府监管式外部治理的情况,以及参与式外部治理的情况。 With the development of information technology, the enhanced consciousness of environmental protection and economic globalization, in many countries both government and enterprises realize the importance of promoting circular economy and closed - loop supply chain. This paper researches on the exterior governance of closed - loop supply chain. The conclusion is that government being the principal part of governance, its objective is to undertake closed - loop supply chain. The governing measures include supervising regulation and participating regulation for exterior governance.
