摘要
人体体表压力分布是飞行过载动感仿真装备过载椅设计的关键技术之一。基于SURFER和MATLAB软件,对人椅接触面内人体坐姿静态体表压力分布进行了联合数值仿真,并绘制了等值线图和三维空间曲面图,给出了人体体表压力分布特征指标——最大压力,主矢,主矩,压力中心和平均压力,及其相关计算公式;给出了飞行动感仿真体表压力分布的分块及其特征指标提取方法,并给出算例结果。研究结论可以用于飞行动感仿真过载椅设计。
Body pressure distribution is a key technology of g-seat design for flight g-cueing motion simulation. Based on SURFER and MATLAB software, static body pressure distribution of sitting posture in contact surface is simulated numerically, and its contour figure and space surface is done. The parameters of body pressure distribution and their expressions were given. They were maximum pressure, main force, main moment, center of pressure and mean pressure. The subareas of body pressure distribution and the local parameters in motion cueing of flight simulation are discussed, and an example is calculated finally. The conclusions gained can be used to design g-cueing seat of flight motion simulation.
