摘要
总结95例获得性免疫缺陷综合征合并卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎患者的护理,主要内容包括:配合纤维支气管镜检查采集标本,提供确诊依据;改善低氧血症;严密观察药物的不良反应,及时采取相应的处理;提高治疗依从性,确保高效抗逆转录病毒治疗顺利进行;注重心理护理、健康教育和个性化的对症护理;严格执行消毒隔离措施,防止职业暴露。经过悉心护理,本组77例患者病情好转出院。
Nursing care of 95 patients with AIDS-related pneumocystis jeroveci pneumonia were summarized. The main measures included collecting specimen through fiberopfic bronchoscopy examination to provide evidence for diagnosis, taking measures to relieve hypoxemia, monitoring adverse drug reactions closely, improving patients＇ compliance to ensure the highly active anti-retrovirus therapy smoothly,strengthening psychological care, health education and personal care to different symptoms, implementing strict disinfection and isolation measures to prevent occupational exposure. After carefully nursing care, all the 77 patients were discharged with well recovery.
