摘要
目的了解护士职业价值观与其个体自尊、发展性竞争的相关性,为培养和引导积极的职业价值观提供依据。方法采用自尊、竞争态度和护士职业价值观量表对福建省某综合性医院236名护士进行调查。结果不同自尊水平和竞争态度的护士对职业价值观的认同均有差异;自尊、竞争态度与职业价值观的认同度具有相关性。结论自尊、个人发展性竞争水平能预测职业价值观,可根据影响护士自尊、个人发展性竞争水平的因素进行合理干预,以提高护士自尊和发展性竞争的水平,提升对职业价值观的认同。
Objective To investigate the relationships between nursing professional values and self-esteem,personal development competitiveness in order to provide evidences for bringing up the correct professional values. Method The Self-Esteem Scale,Competitive Attitude Scale-Chinese version and Nursing Professional Values Seale-R were used to investigate 236 nurses working at a general hospital in Fujian Province. Result The professional values were significantly different in nurses with different level of self-esteem and personal development competitiveness (P〈0.05). Self-esteem and personal development com- petitiveness were influencing factors of professional values. Conclusion Professional values can be predicted by the level of self-esteem and personal development competitiveness. It is suggested to take proper intervention to enhance nurses' self-esteem and personal development competitiveness,and thereby to improve nurses' professional values.
