摘要 目的:建立水中消毒副产物的离子色谱测定方法。方法:水样在IonPac AS19型阴离子柱(250 mm×4 mm i.d.,5μm)上,采用ASRS-ULTRAⅡ阴离子抑制器,利用氢氧化钾溶液梯度洗脱和DS6型抑制电导检测器检测。结果:溴酸盐在0.005-0.5μg/m l范围内,氯酸盐与亚氯酸盐在0.05-5.0μg/m l范围内均具有良好的线性,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.5、6.2、9.0μg/L。结论:建立的方法可用于水中消毒副产物的测定,结果满意。 Objective: To develop an IC method for determination of the disinfection by - products in urban water supply. Methods:The separation was performed on an IonPac AS19 analytical column (250 mm × 4 mm i. d. , 5 μm) with an ASRS - ULTRA 11 Suppressor by potassium hydroxide in gradient elution with a DS6 suppresses conductivity detector. Results: The linear range was 0. 005 - 0. 5 μg/ml for bromate, 0. 05 - 5.0 μg/ml for chlorate and chlorite, both with correlation coefficients of more than 0. 999. When the signal to noise ratio equals to 3, the limits of quantitation were found to be 0. 5 μg/L for bromate, 6. 2 μg/L for chlorate and 9. 0 μg/L for chlorite, respectively. Conclusion:The developed method is good for residual determination for disinfection by - products in urban water supply.
