摘要
运用回归和随机前沿分析对中国港口管理体制的改变对港口费率、投资、经营差异化程度、服务需求和技术效率水平的影响进行实证分析。结果表明:中央管理体制下港口费率较高,管理体制的变化对港口投资的影响不定,而地方管理体制下港口的差异化程度、服务需求和技术效率水平均比中央管理体制下高。
The regression analysis and the stochastic frontier analysis were used to make the empirical studies of effects on the port freight rate, investment, operation differentiation, service demand and technical efficiency level of the reform of port management system in China. The results show that the port freight rate was higher in the centralization management system; the effect on the port investment of the reform of port management system was uncertain; the port operation differentiation, service demand and technical efficiency level were higher in the decentralization management system.
