噬菌体裂解法在结核菌检测中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 噬菌体生物扩增法(PhaB)是一项接近于细菌培养的微生物学实验室技术,它能快速准确地检出结核分枝杆菌以及检测结核茵的药物敏感性,近年来在结核病诊断研究中备受关注。PhaB是一种敏感度和特异性均较高的方法。本文就分枝杆菌噬菌体的特性、在快速检测结核菌及药敏试验中应用研究进展予以综述。 Phage amplified biologically assay( Pha B)is a bacterial culture closing to the microbiology laboratory techniques, which can quickly and accurately detect mycobacterium tuberculosis, and its drug sensitivity. It is attracting more attention from the tuberculosis diagnosis in recent years. Pha B has high sensitivi- ty and specificity. This article reviewed mycobacteriophage about its characteristics and progress in rapid detection of mycobacterium tuberculosis and drug sensitivity.
