摘要
目的通过检测血管性痴呆(VD)患者抗凋亡因子(Livin)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)血清水平,探讨Livin、VEGF、MMP-9在VD中的发病机制和作用。方法实验分为2组,即健康对照组(N组)与VD组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测VD患者血清VEGF、Livin、MMP-9水平。结果VD组MMP-9水平明显高于N组(P<0.05),VEGF与Livin水平明显低于N组(P<0.05)。VD组MMP-9与VEGF、Livin具有负相关性(P<0.05)。结论VEGF、Livin与MMP-9参与了VD发生发展过程,血管损伤修复作用降低与细胞凋亡是VD发病机制之一。
Objective To investigate the changes of Livin,VEGF and MMP-9 in the serum of patients with vascular dementia, and to observe the role of Livin,VEGF and MMP-9 in the pathogenesis of vascular dementia. Methods Enzymeqinked immunosor- bent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the concentration of Livin, VEGF and MMP-9 in the serum of patients with vascular demen- tia. Results Serum level of Livin and VEGF in the patients with vascular dementia were significantly lower than the control group (P^0.05). Serum level of and MMP-9 in the patients with vascular dementia were significantly higher than the control group(P〈 0.05). Serum level of MMP 9 in the patients showed negative correlation with Livin and VEGF. Conclution The concentration of MMP-9 in patients with vascular dementia is significantly higher and associate with Livin and VEGF. This suggeste that MMP-9 may be both involved in the functional and structural integrity of vessel in the process of vascular dementia.
