摘要
介绍软件联机帮助系统制作的方法,以森林经营空间规划软件为例,用Quick Chm开发帮助系统。CHM是目前流行的帮助文件格式,集各种优点于一体,将文字、声音、图像和动画等内容表现得淋漓尽致,可以用来制作软件说明书、产品介绍和学习教程等,能够为用户更好的使用软件提供一个有效途径,对软件的推广应用有着积极的作用。在制作过程中,遇到文字和图像不能按预定样式显示等问题,经过探索,多方寻找解决途径,最终成功地解决这些问题。
Taking software of forest management spatial planning for example, the making method of software online help system was introduced and Quick CHM was used to develop help system. With integration of various advantages, Quick CHM is a popular help file format at present, which exhibits characters, sound, images, and animation incisively and vividly and can be used to make software specification, products introduction, and learning courses, etc. In addition, a effective way to make a good use of the software for customers can be provided by the software, which had positive effects on the popularization and application of the software. During the course of production, the problerus of unanticipated display of characters and images were met whereas through exploration and finding solving ways, the problems above were well solved finally.
