摘要
用自动图像分析系统，对２５例大肠肿瘤的细胞凋亡和形态计量学参数进行了研究。结果表明，大肠腺癌的凋亡指数（ＡＩ：１０．１７）显著高于大肠腺瘤和大肠炎性增生（ＡＩ分别为４．６６和２．０１）（Ｐ分别＜０．０５和＜０．０１）。大肠腺癌细胞核面积、周长、凸状周长、等效直径、周长／面积因子、二维平均灰度和二维平均灰度标准差七项参数与大肠腺瘤和炎性增生均有显著差异（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。其中二维平均灰度标准差小，其余参数均高于良性疾病组。提示。
The cellular apoptosis and morphometry of 25 cases of colorectal neoplasms were studied with automatic image analyser. The results showed that apoptotic index(AI) in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than those in colorectal adenoma and inflammatory hyperplasia (AI were 10.17, 4.66, 2.01 respectively).Parameters such as AREA, PERIME ,C PERI, HEYWOD, PM 2/A, G MEAN, G SD in the necleus of colorectal cancer were significantly different from colorectal adenoma and hyperplastic inflammation ( P < 0.05 ); but the G SD in colorectal adenocarcinoma was smaller than the others. The results suggest that determination of apoptotic index and morphometric parameters are very helpful in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant colorectal neoplasms.
