DNA氧化性损伤修复酶MTH1及OGG1和MUTYH及其交互作用 被引量:2

摘要 化学物质在机体内诱导产生活性氧自由基能攻击DNA,主要生成8-羟基鸟嘌呤(7,8-dihydro-8-oxoguanine-8-oxo-Gua),它可导致DNA链空间构象的改变,在DNA复制过程中引起G:C→T:A颠换,形成点突变,该点突变被认为与肿瘤的发生发展、机体细胞的老化和某些退行性疾病均有密切的关系。在哺乳动物细胞中,防止8-羟基鸟嘌呤引起突变的酶的功能逐渐被弄清,
