摘要
当前,我国低收入群体的劳动权益保护状况欠佳,其中,最基本的劳动报酬权难以得到有效保障,很多生产一线的工人工资低于国家最低工资制度,这不仅直接影响到劳动关系的健康和谐发展,而且也影响到社会公平与和谐的可持续发展。本文通过分析我国最低工资制度制定和执行中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,以便使我国最低工资制度能更好地发挥保障劳动者权益、构建公平合理的收入分配秩序的作用。
At present, the protection of labor rights of China's low-income groups is not good enough and the basic right of labor payment has not been protected effectively. The wage of some workers from the first production line is below the minimum wage level in China. This situation has a direct influence on the healthy and harmonious development of labor relations as well as social fairness and sustainable development. This paper analyzes the existing problems of establishing and implementing the minimum wage System in China and puts forward the appropriate countermeasures so that the minimum wage system in China can play a better role in protecting laborer's rights and establishing a fair and reasonable order of income distribution.
