摘要
目的观察过氧化氢等离子体低温灭菌装置对模拟临床管腔类器械灭菌效果,为临床实际应用提供参考依据。方法以人工模拟制作管腔物品作载体,观察该灭菌装置对不同细菌杀灭效果。结果用过氧化氢等离子体灭菌装置可有效杀灭内径1 mm、长400 mm及内径2 mm、长600 mm的金属细管腔和内径1 mm、长2 m聚四氟乙烯导管以及心脏导管和腹腔镜管腔内所染的试验菌株。结论过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器可对临床常用的管腔类器械进行有效的快速灭菌。
Objective To observe the efficacy of hydrogen peroxide plasma low - temperature sterilization device in sterilization of imitative clinical luminal devices so as to provide reference evidences for clinical practice. Methods Luminal articles were imitated artificially and used as the carrier to observe the efficacy of this sterilization device in killing differ- ent bacteria. Results The hydrogen peroxide plasma low - temperature sterilization device could effectively kill the bacteria in the lumen of thin metal tube with 1 mm inner diameter and 400 mm length, and 2 mm inner diameter and 600 mm length, PTFE catheter with lmm inner diameter and 2 m length as well as cardiac catheter and the lumen of laparoscope. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization device can effectively and rapidly sterilize luminal devices commonly used in clinical practice.
