摘要
目的探讨针刺配合中药治疗周围性面瘫急性期的临床疗效。方法将85例患者随机分成对照组30例,治疗组55例。对照组应用强的松、地巴唑、阿昔洛韦等西药加针刺治疗;治疗组采用针刺、中药疗法。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.73%,对照组为73.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗时间也明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合中药治疗周围性面瘫急性期疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect on peripheral facial paralysis at acute stage treated with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Methods 85 cases were randomly divided into treatment group （55 cases）and control group （30 cases ）. In control group, western drugs, such as prednisone,bendazol and aeyclovir were administered in combination with acupuncture. In treatment group, acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine were administered. Clinical efficacy was observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate was 92.73% in treatment group and was 73.33% in control group,indicating significant difference in comparison （P 〈 0.05 ）. The duration of treatment in treatment group was shorter apparently than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined Chinese herbal medicine has definite efficacy on peripheral facial paralysis at acute stage. This therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical application.
